DHARSHINI SRINIVASAN

Dharshini Srinjvasan is a Grade 8 student of The Indian High School Dubai with  excellent grades in academics and  excellent in extra curricular activities.Dharshini means brave, bright and beautiful. She  brightens the life  through genuine service, friendship, talent and happiness  and  performing achieving things that  everyone around me cherish.

As a child in an Indian family born and brought up in Dubai,she have been fortunate to witness and learn from two cultures and absorb their values of kindness, friendship and love.

ACHIEVEMENTS OF DHARSHINI SRINIVASAN 

UCMAS
Dharshini is a ucmas graduate  by securing distinction in all levels,  Little sSar in the UAE national championship , Junior category  2nd runner up position.  3rd place in Higher B .
SPELLBEE
Emirates spellbee champion in category 2 and 3, 4.UAE spelling bee champion in Category  2 , and the GCC 2nd level runner up .International Buddy star in spellbee championship .

OLYMPIAD EXAMS
Gold medalist and Silver medalist  in Math and Silver  medalist in English in Olympiad conducted by International olympiad foundation.

KENKEN

National level winner in Kenken and Gold medalist  for 2 years.

KARATE
Dharshini is  trained and earned a black belt in karate .She was the 1st in Kata and  Kumite in the Shotokan UAE national championship and the 1st in Kumite and 3rd  in Kata  in the JKS national championship
DANCE
In popular dance competition  McDonalds UAE kiddie star  She was   the 2nd runner up , Best expressive and energetic dance in Spritzaa dance competition ,Natraj International Award,Best Dancer Award by Spring Nectar foundation,Losangeles california,Abinsta Saraswathi Raaba media and world records season 5,Natya KalaJothi, Raada media and world records Season.

ENVIRONMENTALIST
Dharshini associated with the Emirates  Environment Group, where I helped organize and participate in neighborhood recycling program,Recycle and Reforest and achieved my target , have collected more than 2500kg of waste paper for recycling.Thus saved about 25 trees from cutting off and awarded to plant 5 trees undenaher name, planted more than 50 trees and involved people in my neighborhood in the project in hr hometown. She also  started my Treasure Trees team to work together and bring changes in saving environment.
