8th India Middle East Education Awards 2022

Grade 12 CBSE and ISCE Achievers from over 60+ Indian Schools across Middle East will come together for the 8th India Middle East Education Awards 2022 scheduled on 28^th August 2022 in Dubai .

In its 8th year, the initiative is a celebration of academic excellence of Grade 12 achievers from UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar who would be passing out in 2022 and stepping into College Life. Over 3500 outstanding achievers from Indian schools across Middle East have been honored in the earlier editions of this initiative.

The students are awarded in the Individual Categories namely: Overall Toppers, Stream Toppers, School Toppers, Exceptional Achievers, Super Achievers, etc. 100 percent Club honors students who have secured 100 marks in any subject. Best Schools Category is based on number of students in the Top 100 who make it to the Overall Toppers List. from each school.

In 2021, despite the unprecedented situation, a virtual celebration week ensured that the students don't miss out on the ceremony. 3 Schools namely, GEMS Our Own English High School (OOEHS), Dubai, GEMS OOEHS Sharjah Girls' and DPS Dubai won the Best Schools Award amongst the CBSE Schools with GEMS Our Own Indian School, Dubai and The Indian High School (IHS), Dubai being the 1st Runner-up and DPS- Modern Indian School, Doha declared the 2nd Runner-up. Ambassador School, Dubai and JSS International School, Dubai earned Special Mention in the Best Schools Award amongst ISC Schools.

In the Overall Toppers Category, Anushri Mittal, Diya Bansal both from GEMS Modern Academy, Dubai and Varun Pethkar from Ambassador School, Dubai were the Joint Winners amongst the ISC Schools with Shalon Anna Shaji from GEMS Our Own English High School, Dubai being declared as the Winner amongst the CBSE Schools.
