School Overview

Al Muna Academy opened in September 2009. A high-achieving British school for children from FS1 to Year 6. We are all tireless in our pursuit of excellence. We endeavour to provide a safe and nurturing community where diversity is celebrated, mutual respect among adults and children practised and where families are seen as valued partners in establishing the foundations for lifelong learning. Facilities at the school are excellent and include a large astro-turf field, outdoor swimming pool, well stocked library, a large multi-purpose hall and gym, a number of computer suites and outdoor play areas. Al Muna Academy is a very happy, purposeful place for children to learn. Children love coming to our school. We pride ourselves on the progress children make, the quality of relationships in the school and the ways that we ensure that children are safe and well cared for. Although we have almost 100 staff and over 600 pupils, visitors regularly comment on our family atmosphere and happy community feel.

All of our teaching staff are experienced, well qualified and motivated to provide the very best education we can.
